Amazon Ads Unified Account: Revolutionizing Global Campaign Management

HIBOS 편집팀 · 2026-07-24

What's Changing

Amazon Ads is enhancing its advertiser accounts, allowing you to manage all your advertising products from a single, unified account. Previously, advertisers faced the complexity of creating and managing separate accounts for each ad product (like Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)) and for each country. Now, a single global account integrates everything, enabling streamlined campaign management, centralized control, and consolidated billing. This significantly boosts the efficiency of your ad operations.

Why It's Important

For Amazon sellers, especially those expanding globally, this change is a game-changer. It lowers the barrier to international market expansion and dramatically boosts operational efficiency. If you're selling and advertising products across multiple Amazon marketplaces—like the US, Europe, and Japan—you can now manage all your previously fragmented ad accounts within one cohesive environment. This eliminates the inefficiencies of repetitive account creation and management, gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire advertising strategy, and empowers you to make faster, more accurate decisions for budget allocation and performance optimization. Ultimately, sellers can save valuable time and effort on ad operations, allowing them to focus more on customers and accelerate business growth.

Practical Application Checklist

Account Verification & Setup: Existing Amazon DSP Customers: Your existing DSP advertiser account ID has been automatically upgraded to a unified advertiser account ID. You can immediately leverage cross-product campaign creation, consolidated billing and permission settings, AMC access, and multi-country buying capabilities within Campaign Manager without any additional action. New Advertisers or Sponsored Ads Users: To get started with your unified account, select 'Create advertiser account' from 'Access and Settings' in the Amazon Ads console or within the 'Amazon DSP campaign manager'. Unified Campaign Management: Easily run multi-country campaigns by selecting the campaign region at the advertiser level and the country at the campaign level within the Amazon DSP campaign manager. You can also seamlessly switch between Sponsored Ads and the Amazon DSP campaign manager without changing your account context. Consolidated Billing & Reports: Access and download unified invoices for Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads from a single location on the 'Billing' page under the 'Administration' menu. Generate offline reports for all countries using the Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads Report Center applications with the same advertiser account. Leveraging AMC: Your unified advertiser account provides access to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). Connect your programmatic and Sponsored Ads data to gain comprehensive insights into cross-product and cross-region performance, and use these insights to optimize your campaigns.

Limitations to Note

💡 This feature represents an overall enhancement to Amazon advertiser accounts. Existing Amazon DSP customers will be automatically upgraded, while new advertisers will be provided with this integrated environment upon account creation. Please note that access to certain features may vary depending on your account type or region. For the most accurate information, we recommend checking directly within the Amazon Ads console.
