Lately, I've heard from so many business owners struggling with delays in export voucher settlements.

Just a few days ago, I drove through an industrial complex and saw many factories that had shut down.

While big corporate stocks seem to be skyrocketing to no end, it truly feels like a difficult period for many small business owners.
